BUILT 1964 This house was designed by John Lane Evans and Roland Taylor Addis, Philadelphia architects who represented mid-century Modernism in Chestnut Hill. It is a one-story, stuccoed, concrete block building with a hipped roof on two wings, large plate glass openings and a band of small windows running under the wood cornice. It is thoughtfully sited to take full advantage of the surrounding natural views. |
