Horace Wells Sellers designed this Colornial Revival house as well as 
a two story brick garage in 1911 and a stone addition in 1912. 
Alterations occurred to this home in 1963.  This photograph shows
the view of the back of the house looking east, and again demonstrates
how open Chestnut Hill was at that time.
